These terms apply to purchases from Theodore Trends and use of our online store. Questions can be sent to ileneworkspace@gmail.com.

Products and orders

Our apparel is made to order. Review the product description, garment size chart, selected size, color, quantity and delivery address before submitting an order. Product images are illustrative; screen colors and garment measurements may vary within the tolerances stated on the product page. Availability can change.

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange any refund due.

Prices and payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout before you submit payment. Price changes apply to future orders. If a material pricing or listing error affects an existing order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Production and delivery

Production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates are estimates and may change because of availability, production demand or carrier delays. Items in one order may arrive separately. See our Shipping Policy for details. We do not guarantee arrival by a particular holiday or event.

Cancellations, returns and order issues

Contact us promptly if an order needs a change or cancellation. Changes may not be possible after production begins. Our Return and Refund Policy explains how we review damaged, defective or incorrect items. We do not offer change-of-mind or customer-selected size/color returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Use of the store

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with its operation or infringement of another person’s rights. Store artwork and content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Shopify and personal information

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Information submitted through the store is processed by us, Shopify and service providers involved in operating the store and fulfilling orders, which may be located in other countries. Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. Updated terms will be posted here; the terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.
